We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.

Knowingly filing a materially false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages, costs, and attorneys' fees under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
