Effective April 28, 2026 · Version 2.0
Mentorly is committed to making the Platform usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA and welcome feedback when we fall short.
Accessibility is a continuing effort, not a one-time project. We treat reports of inaccessible behaviour as bugs, prioritise them alongside other functional issues, and aim to fix critical access barriers within one sprint.
prefers-reduced-motion: reduce via the useReducedMotion hook.role="alert" and labelled inputs. We are actively working on improving accessibility of: complex data visualisations (charts and sparklines need richer text equivalents), some drag-interaction surfaces, and embedded third-party widgets where we have limited control (Stripe Identity, Cloudflare Turnstile). If you encounter an accessibility issue anywhere on the Platform, please tell us, we prioritise those reports.
To request an accessible alternative for any content, to report an issue, or to request help, email accessibility@mentorly.io or support@mentorly.io. We respond within 5 business days.
We design and test against recent versions of popular screen readers (VoiceOver on macOS/iOS, NVDA and JAWS on Windows, TalkBack on Android) and keyboard-only navigation. If you use a specific tool that does not work well with the Platform, please contact us, we will troubleshoot and prioritise a fix.
If any legal document on this site is difficult to read with assistive technology, we will, on request, send a plain-text or audio-described version to the email address you specify. Email accessibility@mentorly.io with the URL of the document and the format you need.
